Role Overview

Community Manager

This role is ideal for someone who is excited by migration issues, loves engaging with people, and wants to make a direct impact on individual lives and careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Engagement & Onboarding:

• Reach out to and engage with nurses interested in migrating to Europe (especially Germany).
• Clearly communicate the pathway, including requirements such as language training up to B2 level (offered by TMC).
• Understand each candidate’s professional status, shift schedules, financial background, and constraints to recommend the best training and migration options.

• Relationship Management:

• Build trust and long-term relationships with nurses, maintaining ongoing communication and addressing their concerns throughout the process.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and the internal team to ensure smooth coordination across training, documentation, and recruitment stages.

• Process Support & Documentation:

• Guide candidates through various steps—language enrolment, documentation, application support, interviews, etc.
• Track candidate progress through CRM tools or internal trackers and share updates with the operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; social work, healthcare, HR, or migration studies background preferred.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• Strong preference for candidates fluent in Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi.

• Bonus: Proficiency in any foreign language (especially German) is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience in healthcare recruitment, education counselling, or migration-related roles is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Empathetic and patient attitude with a solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRMs, Zoom, etc.)
