Commercial Manager

Reporting to director

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate favorable contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners .
• Establish pricing strategies based on cost analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Monitor budgets, revenue, costs, forecast sales, and manage P&L .
• Conduct financial analysis to ensure profitability and mitigate risks.
• Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks; ensure contracts comply with regulations .
• Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams
• Support internal teams to meet commercial targets business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners .
• Lead commercial or sales teams, mentor junior staff, and guide performance .
• should experience in manufacturing industry.
• Reviewing existing processes & redesigning the same for enhancing efficiency and achieving maximum cost savings for enhanced operations.
• Production Target with proper planning.
• Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre-set production targets
• Monitoring all production activities like rolling plan, managing manpower, allotting work to manpower and safety of all working persons and machine.
• Well coordination with Purchase / Quality / Dispatch / Stores dept.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
