Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Mira road
Reporting to: Sales Manager / Sales Head

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing orders, coordinating with distributors and dealers, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling consumer durables or home appliances and be comfortable with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle order processing from dealers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products like mixers, irons, nonstick cookware, etc.
  • Maintain sales records, inventory data, and customer databases.
  • Follow up with clients and sales executives regarding order status, payment collection, and stock availability.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
  • Manage quotation preparation, invoice generation, and support documentation.
  • Assist sales team with product details, pricing, offers, and promotional schemes.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and coordinate with service teams for resolution.
  • Support in execution of sales campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for POP materials, brochures, and digital campaigns.
  • Tracking marketing team day to day basis.
  • Making Final report for Sales head

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and coordination skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and sales software/ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of home appliance products and their specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination or back-office role, preferably in the home appliances industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
