Co-Working Space Manager

Excel Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and experienced Co-Working Space Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our co-working facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless experience for all clients, maintain operational efficiency, and promote a collaborative and vibrant community environment.

Job Description:-

• Manage overall operations of the co-working space, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality
• Handle client onboarding, workspace allocation, contracts, and renewals
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers (internet, housekeeping, security, etc.)
• Ensure smooth billing, invoicing, and timely collection of payments
• Organize events, workshops, and networking sessions to build community engagement
• Resolve member queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor occupancy levels and provide reports to management
• Support marketing and business development efforts to attract new members

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in facility management, co-working, or hospitality sector
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or facility management tools
• Customer-focused with a proactive and professional attitude
