Nursing Principal

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Principal to lead and manage our nursing college/institution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for nursing education, and a commitment to excellence in academic and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the nursing college.
• Oversee academic planning, curriculum development, and evaluation.
• Supervise faculty and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from nursing councils and educational authorities.
• Develop policies and procedures to uphold the standards of nursing education.
• Represent the institution in professional forums and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Monitor student performance and implement improvements to ensure academic success.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. Nursing with at least 15 years of teaching experience, including 5 years in a senior administrative role.
• Ph.D. in Nursing (preferred).
• Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who are domiciled in the state of Meghalaya.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
