Products, Cloud Engineering and Operations business function is responsible for ensuring that Basware continues to provide its customers with industry leading SaaS solutions to simplify operations and spend smarter. This global function creates and executes the product strategy, new product innovations, roadmap, design, product development and product launches for Basware’s global product portfolio. Together with other Basware units, Products, Cloud Engineering and Operations ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio. Cloud Operation Engineer (EU Shift Timing - 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST) , Education and Experience: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a Technology field with at least 5 years of experience in Cloud Operations supporting production environments and IT management The candidate will be working in EU Shift Timing - 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST Technical competencies: Mandatory Skills Cloud Platform – Good understanding of Amazon Web Services Good understanding of SQL Commands Automation Skills using PowerShell, Python etc. Good to have skills: Incident Management tools – ServiceNow Project Management tools – Jira Monitoring tools – Splunk, Dynatrace Operating systems – Windows Server, Linux/Unix Good understanding of CI/CD pipeline.
