Client Onboarding Intern

SmartSense

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients onto the SmartSense platform in accordance with the requirements outlined in scope documents.
• Ensure seamless transition and setup for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Develop customized dashboard and Excel reports tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their requirements effectively.
• Deliver solutions and services that align with stakeholder expectations and project objectives.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Providing training to the clients on the functionalities and features of the SmartSense platform.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the overall onboarding process.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to the product and development teams for enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications and Skills required:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a must for this role.
• Interest and Experience in client onboarding, reporting, and stakeholder management roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Experience with dashboard and data visualization tools.
• Experience in creating intuitive and visually appealing dashboards is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
• Basic understanding of energy management and sustainability principles.
• Assets technical knowledge will be considered an advantage.
