Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Civil 3D Trainer to join our expert faculty team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil infrastructure projects and a strong command over Autodesk Civil 3D software. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering online sessions, creating course content, and guiding learners to develop industry-ready civil design and drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live online training sessions on Autodesk Civil 3D for students and professionals
• Teach core concepts such as road design, land development, surface modeling, grading, alignments, profiles, and corridor modeling
• Prepare practical exercises, assignments, and assessments
• Provide guidance and support to learners throughout the course duration
• Stay updated with the latest Civil 3D features, tools, and industry trends
• Maintain training quality and ensure high student satisfaction
• Coordinate with the academic and technical team for smooth session delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the civil design industry or training roles.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and supporting tools
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred).
• Passion for upskilling students and contributing to their career growth.
