Role Overview:

Chief Content Developer (CEO office for part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of content in various formats - articles, videos, quizzes, infographics, and more
• Design educational content visuals, illustrations, and learning aids using tools like

  Canva

  ,

  Figma

  , or

  Adobe Illustrator

• Leverage

  AI tools

  (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, etc.)

  to accelerate content development
• Manage and mentor a remote team of writers, editors, and graphic designers
• Develop multilingual content with strong localization and cultural alignment
• Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and educational effectiveness across platforms
• Analyze performance data to optimize content strategies
• Collaborate closely with curriculum, UX, and product teams for integrated content experiences

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Education, Design, Communication, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in content development with a design-first approach
• Strong proficiency in

• Demonstrated experience using

• Experience leading creative/content teams and managing workflows

• Experience in edtech or instructional design

• Knowledge of content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
• Ability to ideate and produce short-form video scripts and animations
• Experience designing for children or multilingual educational platforms
