Role and Responsibilities


  • Strategic Leadership:

    Define and execute a long-term growth strategy across global markets, aligning innovation, sustainability, and profitability with business objectives.
  • Global Business Expansion:

    Lead international growth across EU, USA, China, and the Middle East, identifying new market opportunities, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and increasing wallet share across key accounts.
  • Commercial Acceleration:

    Drive top-line growth through product innovation, strategic partnerships, and customer-centric solutions. Expand sales channels and improve margin performance through market intelligence and portfolio optimization.
  • Operational Excellence:

    Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance functions to ensure scalability, compliance, and cost efficiency across geographies
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Build trust and alignment with the Board, investors, regulatory bodies, and strategic customers through transparent communication and results-driven leadership.
  • Talent & Culture Development:

    Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture with a strong emphasis on leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.


Skills and Qualifications


  • 20+ years of senior leadership experience in food ingredients, agri-tech, FMCG, or B2B supply chain sectors, with exposure to complex, multi-market operations
  • Proven track record of scaling global businesses, especially across Europe and North America.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in sales growth, market optimization, and strategic account management
  • Deep understanding of sustainable sourcing, food safety standards, and innovation in natural ingredients
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
