India Site Head - Technology GCC

About the Organisation:

Our client is a leading technology product MNC with software development team of over 500 people along with other functions in India. As part of their growth journey, they are looking to hire a senior engineering leader as Site Head for India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As head of India site, you will be working closely with the global executive team and will be responsible for the following:

- Driving product development strategy and delivery management

- Providing product and technical leadership to the organisation

- Building capability across verticals and COE development

- Providing site leadership and building organisation culture

- Leading operations and people management driving cross functional teams

Candidate Background:

- Successful candidate will come with more than 20 years experience in a software product/SAAS organisation working in a global environment.

- Atleast 5+ years experience in an executive role managing large technology teams as a site head is a must.

- Strong stakeholder management with hands-on experience in leading engineering teams.

- Excellent education background with B.E./B.Tech/MS from globally reputed institutions.
