📌 Hiring for one of our clients

We are looking for a Capacity Planning Engineer to join one of our client teams — someone who thrives in cloud-based environments and loves optimizing system performance through strategic planning and testing.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement capacity planning strategies in AWS, focusing on EKS, EC2, DynamoDB, Lambda, etc.

Conduct continuous load testing to identify performance bottlenecks.

Analyze system metrics and forecast future capacity needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business-aligned application performance.

Develop automated testing frameworks to simulate real-world traffic.

Optimize cloud resource utilization with a focus on performance + cost.

Prepare detailed reports on trends and provide actionable insights.

🧠 Key Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in the AWS ecosystem (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)

Experience in Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools

Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation

Familiarity with JMeter, Gatling or other load testing tools

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Solid understanding of container orchestration & microservices

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

8+ years of relevant experience
