Job Title: Tele-caller Intern

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Tele-caller Intern

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate interest.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning.
• Research and gather information on target markets and potential customers.

Client Interaction & Follow-ups:

• Engage with prospective clients over the phone to understand their needs.
• Build rapport and schedule follow-up calls or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes.

Pre-Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in nurturing and converting leads.
• Share relevant product/service information with prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for better lead conversion.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Document all interactions and lead details in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on lead status, call performance, and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Freshers or students pursuing/completed graduation (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
