Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gen AI Lead with expertise in programming, problem-solving, and machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) . The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, with a particular focus on Python , and experience using key data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy . They should also have a solid background in machine learning, particularly in classification and retrieval tasks , as well as hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) , including fine-tuning for specific use cases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , foundation models APIs , and prompt engineering . Familiarity with Faiss for efficient nearest-neighbor search in retrieval tasks is highly desirable. A strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) is preferred, with experience in audio/voice manipulation tasks , specifically text-to-speech ( TTS ) and speech-to-text ( STT ). Familiarity with the Hugging Face Transformers and Datasets libraries is highly desirable.
