Education Background Required: Diploma / Graduate in Any Discipline (preferred: Communications, Marketing, or relevant fields) Work Location: Solan (Himachal Pradesh) (On-site only) Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome) Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services. Handle inbound customer calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain a daily log of calls, emails, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Follow up with customers for renewals, support, and upselling opportunities. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively to customers. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ensure timely resolution. Communicate via voice (calls) and non-voice (emails, chats) channels as required. Accurately update and maintain customer data in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for feedback and campaign coordination. Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) Persuasive and customer-centric approach Ability to multitask and handle rejection professionally Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages preferred) Note: Candidates must be available for an on-site interview upon shortlisting.
