Role Description We are hiring a Business Development Executive/ Sales Executive / Telecaller for a full-time, / office-site position at PJSofttech in Pune Maharashtra. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying sales leads and pitching IT/Software products or services to potential clients. • Delivering product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase features and value. • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. • Preparing sales contracts and negotiating deals. • Coordinating sales efforts with other team members. • Traveling to client locations. Qualifications • Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Forecasting. • Experience in identifying and converting sales leads. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Any Bachelor's or Master's degree. • Must own a Laptop & two-wheeler (bike) for visiting clients.
