The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing field marketing strategies, targeting corporate clients, and generating high-quality leads to grow our business. This is a client- facing, field-based role that requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic sales skills. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential corporate clients across targeted industries. • Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, on-site meetings, and participation in relevant events. • Present company products and services to key decision-makers in a clear, compelling manner. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term business partnerships. • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement field campaigns and promotional activities. • Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective clients and activities using CRM tools. • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets. • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback to inform strategy. • Provide regular reports on field activity, lead pipeline, and conversion ratios. • Key Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or corporate business development. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and lead generation in a field role. • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). • Preferred: • Experience in [ Sales, Marketing, Retail, Relevant Industry]. • Knowledge of local market trends and corporate decision-making structures. • Fresher also welcome • Willing to travel & interact with people professionally Contact to HR Shama Shaikh 8956939040
