JD FOR IT SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERLOCATION – CHENNAI ( T NAGAR) We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated IT Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our team. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and OutreachResearch and identify potential leads in target markets.Assist in creating and managing contact lists for outreach campaigns.Reach out to prospects via emails, calls, or social media platforms.Sales SupportPrepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.Assist in maintaining CRM systems by updating client information.Market ResearchConduct market analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.Gather competitor insights to improve sales strategies.Client EngagementShadow senior sales executives during client meetings and calls.Support in resolving client queries and ensuring excellent customer service.Other ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed. QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong interest in sales and business development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
