Job Title: Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing Agency Locations: Hyderabad | New Delhi | Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Experience : 3–7 years Industry: Digital Marketing / Advertising / Media Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in Hyderabad, New Delhi, and Mumbai. You’ll play a critical role in promoting our digital marketing services — SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Branding, and more — to potential clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events Pitch and present agency services to potential clients with customized solutions Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key clients and prospects Understand client needs and work closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to deliver tailored proposals Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals that align with client goals Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and satisfaction Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and track client interactions Collaborate with the leadership team to strategize business growth plans in each location Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, etc.) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad, New Delhi, and Mumbai (as needed) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Show more Show less
