• Lead business development across India, the Middle East, SEA, US, and other global markets
• Identify, pitch, and close high-ticket projects in AI, software services, and tech product solutions
• Build and manage a dynamic sales pipeline through multiple B2B channels
• Collaborate with product, tech, and solution heads to craft tailored proposals
• Design and deliver high-converting presentations, sales decks, and deal frameworks
• Own CRM systems, funnel optimization, and performance tracking
• Mentor Business Development Executives and drive team-wide revenue performance
• Forge long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners
• Constantly innovate sales outreach, pitch positioning, and communication strategies

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales of tech services, software solutions, or AI-driven tools
• Proven ability to close deals in the range of ₹5L – ₹50L+
• Mastery of proposal building, communication, negotiation, and value-selling
• Strong understanding of IT products, automation services, digital consulting, or SaaS
• Fluency in platforms like LinkedIn, freelance marketplaces, and bidding ecosystems
• Hands-on with CRMs, performance dashboards, and reporting systems
• Bold presence, structured thinking, and a hunger for scale
