Job Description

CognitionTeam is looking for an ambitious and energetic International Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements. Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals. Manage pre-sales activities through product demonstrations, advising on bid preparation, support with product pricing, and realization of business plan targets. Manage follow-up customer training and product implementation. The role requires significant interaction with clients / prospective clients, partners, and Azeus personnel in India which may be face-to-face or using other communications media. Activities include: Developing and maintaining a Sales Pipeline, including pursuing sales leads and prospective clients within our CRM Attending trade shows inter-state (if required) Delivering customer presentations and proposals, and negotiating and closing business deals Maintaining awareness of legislation and best practice and Providing updates on sales leads to Senior Management. Requirements: Demonstrable sales experience Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives Ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization Experience in selling SaaS technology products to B2B clients Possess deep product knowledge with an ability to show product demos as needed. MBA / Degree level education 5-7 years of inside sales experience for a B2B SaaS product, servicing global markets. Proven track record of growing business and exceeding revenue targets.
