Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager with 5-9 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in liabilities, branch banking, and business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Manage and lead a team of branch banking professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and product launches.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business development, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on liabilities and branch banking.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
