- Profit Planning: Participate in profit planning aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
- Sales Closure: Close deals from leads generated through self-initiated efforts or internal sources.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Client Servicing: Coordinate with support staff to ensure high-quality servicing of client accounts.
- Team Collaboration: Conduct weekly review meetings with supervisors and team members.
- Commercial Judgment: Apply sound commercial acumen while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring superior customer service and sustained business development.
- Account Expansion: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across client accounts.
- Product Knowledge: Attend training sessions organized by principals to enhance knowledge of products and solutions.
- Market Research: Perform detailed research on customer profiles to support strategic market positioning.
- Customer Presentations: Deliver tailored, effective presentations that address customer needs and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in selling enterprise solutions, including:
- IT solution sales
- Data center solutions
- IT storage and server sales
- Networking solutions (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Voice, Wireless)
- Passive components
- Business consulting and infrastructure management services
- Hands-on experience in Cloud Sales
- Knowledge and exposure in Cyber Security solutions
- Strong background in IT Services
- Experience in selling:
- Servers
- Storage solutions
- Virtualization technologies
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Security products and services
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure Sales domain
- At least 2–3 years of dedicated experience in Cloud Sales
