Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Research competitor brands and market trends in the fragrance industry. Plan promotional campaigns and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team. ๐งด 4. Product Knowledge & Training Maintain in-depth knowledge of all perfumes and ingredients. Train sales teams or clients on product benefits and selling techniques. ๐งพ 5. Reporting & Analysis Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to management. Analyze ROI of campaigns, promotions, and partnerships. ๐ฆ 6. Collaboration & Coordination Work with marketing, production, and packaging teams to meet business goals. Assist in deciding packaging design, pricing, and product positioning. ๐ฌ 7. Brand Representation Represent the perfume brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Maintain the brand image and ensure its alignment in all business activities. ๐ 8. Digital & Retail Expansion (Optional but Important)Explore e-commerce and digital marketing channels for business growth. Help list products on online platforms and optimize digital presence.
