Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to assist our team in identifying new business opportunities, supporting client outreach, and contributing to the growth of our real estate operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry and the chance to develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: 1. Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities through research and data analysis. 2. Support the team in generating leads and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients. 2. Client Outreach: 1. Help in reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our services. 2. Schedule and coordinate meetings for the team with potential clients. 3. Market Research: 1. Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 2. Provide summaries and insights based on research to aid in strategic planning. 4. Sales Support: 1. Aid in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. 2. Assist in tracking and following up on sales activities and client communications. 5. Administrative Support: 1. Perform administrative tasks such as updating CRM records, managing documents, and scheduling appointments. 2. Support the team with day-to-day operations and project coordination. 6. Learning and Development: 1. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of real estate and business development practices. 2. Seek feedback and apply learning to improve performance and skills. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in real estate and business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Competencies: Eagerness to learn and grow professionally. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
