Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Development Head to lead our growth and partnership strategy. The role involves driving partnership program, building institutional and corporate partnerships, expanding program reach, and strengthening the foundation’s presence across India.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement a sustainable business development strategy aligned with the foundation’s mission and vision.
• Identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations.

Partnership Development

• Build and nurture relationships with corporates, government bodies, schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Design and negotiate MoUs, agreements, and long-term partnerships.

Revenue & Fundraising

• Lead CSR fundraising, donor management, and grant applications.
• Identify and secure funding to support existing and new educational initiatives.

Market Expansion

• Identify new geographies, programs, or services for expansion.
• Represent the foundation at forums, conferences, and external engagements.

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure timely reporting of impact metrics to partners and donors.
• Maintain compliance with all legal, financial, and operational requirements linked to partnerships.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.

Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or partnerships (preferably in the education, NGO, or social impact sector).
• Proven track record of securing large partnerships and funding.
• Strong understanding of CSR ecosystem, grant processes, and education sector challenges.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking with execution focus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
