What You’ll Do

Prospect, pitch, and close foreign SMEs and mid-market brands seeking end-to-end digital growth.
Nurture leads via LinkedIn, email, and virtual demos; maintain a 25% meeting-to-proposal conversion rate.
Own a monthly revenue target of US$20,000 new ARR; earn revenue share from day 1 of client billing.
Collaborate with our in-house SEO, PPC, and creative squads to design tailored proposals that wow prospects.
Report pipeline metrics in HubSpot; optimize outreach using data-driven A/B testing.

Must-Have Skills

Native-level or C1 English—clear, confident, and culturally adaptable.
0-2 years in B2B sales, agency, SaaS, or martech with proven foreign-client wins.
Working knowledge of digital marketing levers: SEO, paid media, social, basic analytics.
Self-starter mindset: you organize your day, smash targets, and iterate fast.

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Nav, or Apollo.
Experience selling into North America, Europe, or ANZ regions.
