🎯 Role Objective:

To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and aligning Elecserve Tech Solutions’ offerings — such as energy audits, testing, and compliance services—with market needs.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry networking
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and service pitches
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
  • Maintain CRM and track sales funnel metrics
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance


🧠 Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales or technical services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Bonus: Exposure to electrical testing, energy audits, or compliance services
