This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in IT sales and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking. Pitch IT services and training programs to prospective clients (startups, businesses, and students). Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure regular engagement. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions for client needs. Maintain records of leads, progress, and follow-ups in the CRM. Desired Candidate Profile: Recent MBA graduate (Marketing/Sales preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and a proactive attitude. Ability to understand client needs and align them with our services. Knowledge of IT industry trends is a plus (training will be provided). Self-driven and ready to work in a target-oriented environment.
