Role Summary

The company is seeking a smart and confident Business Development Executive to join its growing team. This role involves B2B sales, client servicing, marketing assistance, and on-ground coordination during exhibitions. The position offers hands-on experience in the exhibitions industry and is suitable for individuals looking to build a long-term career in business development and trade events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective exhibitors.
  • Pitch events, share proposals, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain CRM data, sales trackers, and daily reports.
  • Assist in basic marketing outreach such as email campaigns and WhatsApp communication.
  • Coordinate with booked clients for documentation, stall allocation, and payments.
  • Attend Futurex exhibitions across India for client servicing and event support.
  • Visit competitor exhibitions for lead generation and industry research.
  • Ensure professional representation of the company at all events.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Marketing or Event Management preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, exhibitions, or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confident in client interactions, both on phone and in person.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email drafting, and internet usage.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for events (3–6 times a year).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Salary and Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skillset).
  • Incentives: Applicable after 12 months, based on performance and sales.
  • Phone Benefit: Company SIM with call and data plan provided.
  • Travel: Food, accommodation, and transportation covered during events and exhibitions.
  • Leaves: 2 paid leaves per month.
  • Certification: Experience certificate awarded after 12 months of employment.
  • Growth Path: Opportunity to grow into Senior Executive/Managerial roles within 12–18 months.
