Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role involves handling visual content development for both digital and print media—supporting marketing campaigns, event branding, booth designs, and promotional content.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in layout design, branding, social media creatives, and comfortable working on basic video editing and motion graphics as part of campaigns or post-event promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brochures, catalogs, banners, hoardings, booth graphics, and branding collaterals
• Develop social media creatives, reels thumbnails, ad creatives, and mailers
• Assist in the creation of short videos and animated clips for marketing and event promos
• Handle layouts for event signage, floor plans, booth panels, badges, and promotional kits
• Work with internal teams to gather creative briefs and translate them into effective visuals
• Collaborate with printing vendors and production teams for print-ready artwork
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timely delivery
• Maintain consistent branding across all assets

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in events, exhibitions, or B2B space)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (core)
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Good design sense across both print and digital platforms
• Familiarity with signage/large-format printing and production standards
• Ability to manage timelines, communicate clearly, and work independently

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience and portfolio)
• Paid Leave: 2 per month
• Certification: Experience letter after 12 months
• Travel: Occasional travel during exhibition setup (branding inspections, etc.)
• Equipment/Software: Company system with required tools will be provided
• Growth: Opportunity to grow into Team Lead / Creative Head roles in the future
