Business Development Executive (Female)

We’re looking for motivated professionals with proven inside‐sales or telesales experience to connect with students, corporate clients, or prospects, and drive enrollment or service adoption through engaging outreach.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, telesales, CRE, Counsellors.
• Prior experience as a Student Counsellor or Academic Counsellor strongly preferred
• Experience as a Travel Consultant is a plus.
• Excellent communication, rapport-building, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CRM tools and familiar with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up persistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities from educational and corporate sectors
• Conduct proactive outreach via cold calls, follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with sincere rapport and consistent engagement
• Maintain detailed CRM records and track pipeline metrics accurately
• Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts for management
• Collaborate with marketing or product teams to refine messaging
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support throughout the sales journey

Pay: ₹15,456.89 - ₹31,024.28 per month
