As our Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and attracting aspirants to our programs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to convert leads, build relationship with students, and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one emotional guidance and help students plan for their futures by guiding them in building a career
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of Portfolio Builders.
• Find new students: This means searching for schools, businesses, or anyone who might be interested in our programs for their students/employees.
• Turn interest into enrollments: Talk to people you find who might be interested, answer their questions, and convince them that Portfolio Builders is the best choice for their students/employees. This includes making phone calls (cold calling) and giving presentations.
• Spread the word: Work with our marketing team to create exciting campaigns that let everyone know about Portfolio Builders!
• Track progress: Keep an eye on how well we're doing at finding new students and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role - Freshers also accepted.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the tech and design education landscape.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
