Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a vital role in driving a company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales strategies.  The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Pitch products or services to prospective customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development strategies. Prepare and deliver presentations and sales proposals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors. Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and in a team. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of leads generated Conversion rate from leads to clients Revenue generated from new business Client retention and satisfaction CRM updates and reporting accuracy
