Role Description

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a quota-carrying role that requires a proactive individual with a passion for outreach, relationship-building, and value-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities

• This is a quota-carrying role.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach (cold emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, warm networking, events, referrals)
• Initiate and maintain relationships with CXOs and other key decision-makers
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet/exceed sales quotas
• Attend industry events and forums to network and build client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy, delivery, and client expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Commerce, or Business Administration from a reputed college/ university
• Preferred - 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Preferred - Previous experience in a quota-carrying role
• Familiarity with consultative selling or solution-based sales approaches
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient in a dynamic sales environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
