We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1-1.5 years of experience in CRM & ERP sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue for a product-based company.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for CRM and ERP Sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1-1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in CRM & ERP solutions.
• Experience working in a product-based IT/software company.
• Strong understanding of CRM & ERP functionalities and business processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
