Job Description

We are Looking a dynamic, results-oriented AI Business Development Executive with experience in the hospital or healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both AI technologies and the unique needs of hospitals and healthcare systems. This role will be responsible for driving the adoption of AI solutions, expanding market presence and developing strong relationships with hospital decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare and hospital sector for AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including lead generation, prospecting and closing sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
  • Present AI-driven healthcare solutions, demonstrate their value and address the specific needs of hospitals.
  • Drive sales pipeline management and ensure consistent revenue growth from hospital accounts.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer pain points and new opportunities for AI solutions in the hospital sector.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market intelligence to position our hospital offerings effectively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hospital workflows and how AI can enhance operational efficiency, patient care and clinical outcomes.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare organizations and other key players in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Engage with technology partners, research institutions and government agencies to advocate for AI adoption in healthcare.
  • Customer Support & Relationship Management:
  • Act as a point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of AI solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and work closely with product development teams to enhance offerings.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track performance against sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline status and revenue performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Computer Science related fields.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales or account management in the healthcare, hospital or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in hospitals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • A solid understanding of hospital operations, healthcare regulations and clinical workflows is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling AI-powered healthcare solutions
  • Familiarity with hospital IT systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical AI concepts into business benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
