Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective clients Maintain consistent contact with existing clients Manage sales pipeline Analyze market and establish competitive advantages Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads. Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Develop & implement innovative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance. Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead. Performance monitoring & presentation of regular performance reports of team. Meticulous planning & excellent execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills Software sales experience is preferred Exceptional communication skills – Written & Oral Ownership & Commitment Good hold on MS Excel & PowerPoint Self-motivated & passionate to achieve results Innovative & out of the box thinker Willing to travel and passionate about serving clients Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
