Business Data Analyst

Data Analyst/Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Analyze Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows including eligibility, billing, claims, denials, and collections using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.

Technical Skills Required:

• Database Handling: MySQL or similar
• Strong knowledge of Excel and dashboard buildings.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to reduce denial rates and optimize collections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate reporting processes and reduce manual efforts.
• Provide real-time insights into business performance and assist management in making data-backed decisions.
• Monitor claim acceptance rates, average A/R days, and track key KPIs for financial performance.
• Present actionable recommendations based on data interpretation and visualization.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Commerce / any relevant
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
