Job Summary:

We are hiring a Business Analyst Lead with strong experience in BRD, PRD, TRD, AWS cloud, and data-related projects. The ideal candidate should be able to manage 12 team members and effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage BRD, PRD, and TRD documentation.
• Gather requirements and work closely with stakeholders.
• Lead data-related projects on AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, etc.).
• Guide and mentor 12 team members.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of project requirements.

Requirements:

• 79 years of experience in data-focused business analysis.
• Strong hands-on expertise in BRD, PRD, TRD.
• Mandatory experience with AWS cloud services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, Agile, and data workflows is a plus.

Good to Have:

• AWS Certification (e.g., Data Analytics Specialty, Solutions Architect).
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), JIRA, and Confluence.
