Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Pre-Sales expertise to join our growing team. This hybrid role bridges the gap between business strategy, client engagement, and solution design. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to understand client needs, craft compelling proposals, and ensure seamless transition from pitch to execution.

Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution blueprints
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to validate feasibility and scope

Pre-Sales Engagement

• Partner with sales teams to understand client pain points and tailor solutions
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept materials
• Draft proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation
• Support client meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions

Strategic Support

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and product positioning
• Maintain a repository of reusable assets (case studies, templates, etc.)
• Track and report on pre-sales performance metrics and conversion rates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, pre-sales, or solution consulting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
