Role Overview

Business Analyst - Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Requirement Gathering & Analysis
– Engage with clients, document use cases, and recommend best-fit workflows.
Solution Configuration & Implementation
– Configure workflows, test solutions, troubleshoot, and optimize for efficiency.
Client Onboarding & Training
– Lead onboarding, conduct training, and develop support materials.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
– Act as the primary contact, drive adoption, and identify upsell opportunities.
Support & Issue Resolution
– Address client issues, resolve configuration errors, and ensure timely ticket resolution.
Reporting & Insights
– Analyze usage patterns, provide insights, and suggest product enhancements.
