15 years full time educationSummary: We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, with a focus on documentation, communication, and desktop publishing. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure clear and effective communication between all parties involved, while also managing desktop publishing tasks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Requirement Analysis: Gather and document business needs, translating them into technical specifications. - Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user guides. - Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding. - Desktop Publishing: Utilize desktop publishing software to create and manage documents, ensuring they are visually appealing and professionally formatted. - Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to obtain input and commitment to change, and communicate the impact of business, operational, and technical changes. - Business Process Improvement: Identify the need for new business processes and updates to existing processes, and ensure that proposed changes are reflective of the production environment and requirements coverage Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong experience in business analysis and documentation. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign. - Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. - Experience with stakeholder engagement and management. - Solid understanding of business process improvement methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru/Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
