Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing software development company offering cutting-edge digital solutions including web development, mobile apps, SaaS products, cloud solutions, and enterprise software. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can drive revenue growth through both strategic indoor sales and outdoor marketing efforts.

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting our software services in the field, and building strong business relationships. You will combine corporate-level communication with on-ground outreach, participating in local events, business expos, tech meetups, and direct marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients for custom software solutions (B2B).
  • Conduct outdoor visits to businesses, IT parks, startups, educational institutions, etc., to promote our services.
  • Explain technical offerings like mobile apps, ERP, CRM, and SaaS platforms in a simple and convincing way.
  • Represent the company at expos, networking events, and roadshows.
  • Set up meetings, give product/service demos, and handle negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to prepare customized proposals.
  • Track lead pipeline, follow-ups, and deal closures using CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collect feedback from the field to inform marketing and product teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software sales or business development (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and pitch technical software products.
  • Energetic personality with confidence in outdoor and face-to-face interactions.
  • Self-driven, with a goal-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic understanding of tech terms like API, app development, SaaS, CRM, etc.
  • Willing to travel locally for client meetings and field activities.
