Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source new sales opportunities through lead generation, data mining, cold calling, and email campaigns.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify leads, and build rapport.
• Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for closure.
• Own the sales cycle from initial contact to final deal closure, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
• Maintain and expand the database of potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to identify key players and decision-makers in target companies.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of proven inside sales or business development experience with SaaS, B2B, E-Commerce, etc.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
