Job Description

Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including regular communication and follow-ups. Understand client needs and requirements, and propose suitable products or services to meet those needs. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's offerings and value proposition. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel as required. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
