Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Gurugram. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and generating leads. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, presenting BharatSkillz’s services, negotiating contracts, and supporting marketing initiatives. Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct thorough market research and generate leads Experience in sales and business development strategies Negotiation and contract management skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred Duration 4 months i nternship What we offer 15k/month stipend + incentives PPO after completion of internship.
