On-Site Madurai Posted on 2025-06-24 Job Description Job Description We are hiring a fresher Business Development Executive to support our sales team in promoting Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. You will work closely with a senior BDE, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, and proposal support. Responsibilities Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads for RPO services through market research and analysis, under the guidance of an experienced BDE. Support outreach efforts by helping the Senior BDE contact clients Help prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients, with guidance from the Senior BDE. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective clients to showcase the company’s RPO services. Follow up with prospects under the Senior BDE’s direction to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date. Help draft and send out proposals, quotes, and follow-up materials to clients, working closely with the Senior BDE. Qualifications Education – MBA in Marketing / Related fields Ability to learn and adapt quickly to recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills in the recruitment services industry.
