Position Title: Back Office Executive/Front Office Executive Department: Operations/Administrative/Insurance Job Overview: A Back Office Executive is responsible for handling and managing essential administrative, clerical, and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily business operations. The role involves data entry, documentation, processing orders, coordinating with various departments, and supporting the front-office teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: · Data Entry and Management: Accurately record and update information in databases. · Transaction Processing: Handle routine transactions like invoices, receipts, and payments. · Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of transactions and other data. · Reporting: Generate reports and present findings to management. · Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as printing, emailing, and office supplies. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members and support their goals Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar administrative role. Having experience of MIS. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or other business management tools. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in BA,BSc, BCom or relevant fields preferred.
