Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Location: ZIRAKPUR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective business-to-business sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new B2B clients in relevant industries.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and technical discussions.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized product solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, after-sales) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in [industry, e.g., industrial products/printing/engineering equipment]).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
